Olga’s Obituary
Nickerson, Olga Rose – 70, passed away on March 10, 2021 at Roseway Hospital. Born on March 10, 1951 she was a daughter of the late Carl and Eliza Nickerson. Olga is survived by her siblings, George “Custard” Nickerson (Pamela), Wilfred E. Atwood “Wishey” (Shirley), Morris Nickerson (Katherine), Forman Nickerson (Donna Gail) and Annette Humphrey Nickerson; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Olga was predeceased by her brother-in-law, David Humphrey. After graduating high school, she obtained her secretarial course and eventually attending nursing school. Olga enjoyed word puzzles and reading books. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 12, from 6-8 pm at the H.M. Huskilsons Funeral Home, Barrington. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 13, at 2:00 pm from H.M. Huskilsons Memorial Chapel, Barrington. Due to Covid-19 restriction, seating may be limited and social distancing guidelines must be followed (Immediate family will be given priority for seating). Due to limited seating the service will be live streamed on the funeral home website. Memorial donations may be made to any charity of choice.
