Nelda Shirley Mullin, formerly of Strathadam, passed away at Miramichi Hospital on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at the age of 89.
Born in Newcastle, NB she was the daughter of the late Mary (McAllister) and Marshall Mullin of Boom Road and wife of the late Wilbur Mullin.
Nelda is survived by two sons: Calvin (Dexin) of Toronto, Ontario and Kevin (Jean) of Mississauga, Ontario; two sisters Jessie McAllister and Mabel McGuire and one brother Paul (Margaret) Mullin.
Besides her husband Wilbur, Nelda is predeceased by: sister Vera Porter and brothers: Wilson, Dan, and Elwin.
At Nelda’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Graveside Committal service will be held at the Boom Road Presbyterian Cemetery, Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 2:30 PM with Pastor Tom Ettinger officiating.
Please note: Attendees are asked to please wear a mask and following social distancing protocols.
As expressions of sympathy, in Nelda’s memory, donations to Miramichi SPCA or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
