BRUSER, Maxwell Philip
With deepest sorrow, we announce that Maxwell Philip Bruser our most beloved son and brother passed away on May 2, 2021 in Toronto, Ontario at the age of 30 years old.
Max was a kind and loving person who felt more emotions than most of us would see in one lifetime. He felt love very deeply, and he inspired many of those around him to be adventurous and creative. He was a talented artist who used photography, writing, illustration, and theatre to express himself. He looked for meaning in everything around him and he often tried to recreate beauty using words and images.
Max will be missed everyday by his father Sam Bruser and his mother Camille Lavoie, his brother Callum and his sister Gabrielle. He leaves behind his much-loved Grand Maman Suzette Lavoie (Benoit Lavoie, predeceased), his much loved and missed Grandparents Jean and Richard Bruser (predeceased) and his loving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
In accordance with the Brusers’ wishes, there will be no visitation or public service. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Outreach Services at Réseau Access Network in memory of Max.
Afoot and light-hearted I take to the open road,
Healthy, free, the world before me,
The long brown path before me leading wherever I choose.
-Song of the Open Road-Walt Whitman
