Marsha’s Obituary
NICKERSON, Marsha Helena – 69, of Stoney Island, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Born on August 15, 1951, in Shelburne she was a daughter of Avery “Kay” and Blanche (Newell) Nickerson. A loving wife, mother and grandmother. Marsha was a faithful member of IBPFD Support Group, a member of the Shelburne County ATV Association, and also a member of New Horizons Club, Clark’s Harbour. She loved doing puzzles and wordbook puzzles. She also loved talking to her many friends. She leaves behind her husband of 58 years, Larry; son, David (Michell) Chetwynd, Sylvan Lake, AB; daughter, Melissa (Ricky) Atkinson, Clark’s Harbour; grandchildren, Morgan, AB; Damian, Newellton; Emily, Millvillage; Jessica, Clark’s Harbour; mother, Blanche, Surf Lodge, Lockeport; and brother, Maynard (Cheryl), Villagedale. Arrangements are under the care and direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Barrington. Memorial donations in her name may be made to the IBPFD Ladies Axillary or the Atlantic Cemetery.
