Beth Rae (née Crawford) wife of the late William J « Bill » Rae, beloved mother of Cindy (Rodger) Blair of Belleville, Penny (Bill) Austin of Bowmanville, Laurie (Bob) Walden of Little Britain and David (Karen) Rae of Millbrook, adored Nana of the late Kimberlee Walden, Kelly (Jeff) Stewart of Bowmanville, Holly Blair of Calgary, Jamie (Bruce) Mackay of Lindsay, the late Billy Austin, Shawna (Alex) Cole of Belleville and Kevin (Jana) Walden of Woodville. Cherished “silly” great Nana of Jordan Mackay, Alannah Mackay, Charlotte Stewart, Zachary Walden, Taylor Mackay, Aiden Walden, James Stewart, Aidan Cole, Alexander Mackay, Quinlee Walden & twin Cole babies due November 2021. Predeceased by her brothers Rusty (late Judy), Bud (Joyce), Don (Shirley) Ken (Joan) and parents Gordon and Marjorie Crawford. Cherished companion of Lloyd Skinner and dear friend of Shirley Crawford, Poudie Saddler, Shirley Skinner, Evelyn Walden, Eileen Mark, Pam Jones and Nancy Spiers. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Eric Ready for his special care. Sincere thanks go to Betty Covert from Palliative Care and Brian Farmer for the many hours spent with Mom. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Stoddart Funeral Home, A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North, Lindsay. Interment will take place at Little Britain United Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation or SickKids Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
