December 18, 1938 – February 25, 2021
DOWDALL, Edith « Marie » (Mitchell) – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother on Thursday, February 25th, 2021 at Hospice Peterborough at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Allan (2017) and much loved mother of Rick (Diana), Jeff (Linda) Chris (Melissa) and the late Gary and Kevin. Oma and grandmother to Katie, Joshua, Zachary, Julia, Vivian, Joceyln, and Faith. Sister to Betty Dowdall (Jim). Predeceased by her parents Syd and Mary Mitchell. Marie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family, friends and all who knew her. A special thank you and appreciation to Dr. Beamish, PRHC Palliative Care Unit, and Hospice Peterborough. Arrangements have been entrusted to Highland Park Funeral Centre. Due to COVID restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
