Obituary of Lynn Byrnes
BYRNES, Lynn
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lynn on Sunday December 19, 2021 at 81 years of age. Beloved Husband of Darlene. Father of Karen Byrnes (Long) and Chris Byrnes. Grandfather of Karley Long (Tanner) and Great-Grandfather of Maddison and Nolan. Pre-deceased by his father Harold and Mother Ruth. Brother to Maxine, Bob (Katherine) and Bryan (Cheryl). He will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Lynn took great pride as a devoted chairman at the property committee at Emmanuel United Church for 40+ years. He was also a well-respected Electrical Designer before retiring at age 80.
A special thank you for the excellent care provided by Dr. Ghafoor, Dr. Soulliere, Dr. Cargill and the staff and nurses at Bayshore.
Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Road E, 519-253-7234 on Thursday December 23, 2021 from 1:00PM until 3:30PM. A private funeral service will be held for the family with Reverend George Bozanich officiating. Burial to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
