Louisette Boissonneault (Perron)
It is with a weary heart that we announce the passing of Mrs. Louisette Boissonneault, at the age of 83 years old on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021 at Health Sciences North in Sudbury, ON. She was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Paul Boissonneault (2010). Louisette was the proud Mom of two sons, Gilbert (Lucie Fuller) of Timmins and Guy (Rosetta Fiorini) of Peterborough. She will be missed by her grandchildren, Kellen (Amberly) of North Bay, Jason (Paula) of Timmins, Patrick (Helen) of Prince George BC, Nicholas New York City, Carol (Marshall) of Calgary, AB and Juliette (Ryan) of Amarillo, Texas. Her great-grand children include Parker, Peyton, Isaac, Sadie, Mario, Elle, Rome, Mason, Nixon, Nolan and Torah. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews, too numerous to count.
Louisette was born in Montauban-les-mines, QC, the youngest of twelve children who have all passed on, except for her favorite sister, Fabiola of Welland. She came to Ontario in 1957 where she lived a full life surrounded by her family and many friends, including her close friend, Clovis Bastien.The family would like to thank the staff of the LaSalle Residence for all the care giving to mom.
In her memory, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Parkinson Canada or Diabetes Canada . The family will receive friends from 9 am to 10:45 am. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 (a mask and social distancing will be required along with the maximum number of attendees allowed in the visitation parlour). The funeral service will be held at 11 am in the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home Chapel (Fr. Simon Drapeau officiating). Interment of her ashes will follow at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery.
