The family announces with great sorrow her death at Extendicare Kirkland Lake on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by her first husband Victor Burchat in 1988 and by her second husband Rhéo Larivière in 1996. Dear mother of Melody Grenville of Innisfil, ON, Randy Burchat (Ann) of Ottawa, late Victoria McInnis (Dalton) of Mississauga, Michael Burchat (Theresa) of Barry’s Bay, Danny Burchat (Linda) of Guelph and the late Mark Burchat. Step-mother of late Denis Larivière, late Richard Larivière (Carmen), Jocelyne Riopel (Jacques), late Louise McKay and Dan Larivière (Carole Héroux). Loving grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Lily Marascotto. Predeceased by her granddaughter Natalie Riopel and by her brothers Alex, Andrew and Geno Marascotto. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A private interment was held at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. Remembrance donations to the Alzheimer Society of Timmins-Porcupine District would be greatly appreciated.
