Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kimberly Rose (Huskins) Roy at Loch Lomond Village on January 10, 2021 with her loving family by her side. She was born in Saint John on December 23, 1957 to the late Vernon and Gloria (Hosford) Huskins and was the loving partner for 18 years to Richard Miller.
Kim spent her life caring for her family. She was a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society and helped out with fundraising and events for the organization. Her family was her everything. She was a very loving and caring mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her partner, Rick, she is survived by her sons, Louis and Jason (Stephanie) Roy; daughter, Amy Roy; 5 adored grandchildren; brother Jody (Tanya) Hunter and sisters, Lana Robertson and Brenda (Mac) Belding as well as several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Along with her parents, Kimberly was predeceased by her brother Vernon Huskins.
Kim’s family would like to take this time to thank the staff, residents and volunteers of Dogwood House at Loch Lomond Village for the care and compassion shown to her during her time there.
Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Due to public health’s pandemic restrictions, all services will be privately held, for family only.
