Obituary of Kathryn Ann McQueen
(nee Arbuckle)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kay on December 9, 2021. Kay fought a courageous battle against dementia with grace. Predeceased by her loving husband Peter (2017). Dear mother of Scott and Sue, Kari and Andrew. Loving and devoted Nana to Megan (Gerik), Nicholas, Taylor and Mackenzie. Survived by sisters Margaret (Delson) and Jeannette (Brian) and their families. Kay loved the outdoors throughout her years she enjoyed snowmobiling, camping, trailering, tending her garden which included having a bonfire. Time spent volunteering with The Hamilton International Airport and Red Cross and Binbrook United Church. Special thanks to the staff at Pine Grove at St. Joseph’s Villa and Dr. Boyd. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family. Cremation has taken place. Notes of sympathy and condolence may be left at www.donaldvbrown.ca
