Obituary for
June Wing (Funge)
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother June Wing on Saturday September 25, 2021 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 96.
Dearest wife of the late Frederick Wing. She is survived by her children Marilyn Vuksanovich (Eli), John Wing (Vicki), Robert Wing (Connie), Brian Wing (Yvonne), Ronald Wing (Rose Marie), Susanne Bradshaw (John), Deborah Lapointe (Mike). Paul Wing (Michelle), Kathleen Belair (Rolly), Elizabeth Wing.
Along with her parents, she is predeceased in death by her sister Mary Wing (the late Henry Wing) and brothers William Whibley, Victor Whibley, Frank Whibley and by her eldest grandchild Elizabeth Young (Korrie).
Survived by her sisters and brothers Patricia Meitz, James (Marilyn) Whibley and Murray Whibley late wife Sally. Donna Whibley and Rose Godfrey (Ron).
Missed by her grandchildren Virginia MacCormack (Gord), Maureen Guillemette (Yves), David and Danny Wing. Eric Wing, Cathy Wing and Liza Albert. Richard Bradshaw and Christine MacLeod. Jeff and Robert Hawken, Michael Lapointe and Ryan Lapointe. Frederick Wing and Matthew Wing. Sarah Wing and Jessica Wing. Darcy Belair and Stacy Lamarche. Jennifer Wing, Ashley Wing and Carrie Mathew. Also survived by 37 great grandchildren.
God Bless you Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt, Sister-in-law and friend. Rest In Peace Mom.

The family will receive friends on Monday September 27, 2021 from 7-9 p.m. at LESSARD-STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME. Respecting COVID19 restrictions, wearing of masks, physical distancing and maximum capacity of attendees will be in place.
A private family service will be held at the Covenant Church on Tuesday with Reverend Bill Jones officiating. Interment at Tisdale Cemetery will follow.
