It is with profound sadness that we announce the loss of my beloved spouse, father, son, brother, nephew, cousin and friends to many. Jovan Von L. Esmabe passed and joined the Grand Lodge above on April 8, 2021. Jovan was born in the Philippines to parents Rosemarie and Joevicto Esmabe, spent his early years enjoying the simple things life has to offer.
He moved to Canada in 2008 and completed his high school education at Holy Cross in Saskatoon. Jovan embraced life and responsibilities at an early age. He worked hard to provide for his young family. He can spend hours talking about the pride of his life, son Javen and was a gentle and loving partner to Jaze. He was a respectful young man and friends to a lot of people. He enjoyed playing basketball and an avid fan of the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs. He was a member of the Victory Lodge 144, Free and Accepted Free Masonry, initiated and was raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason in May 14, 2017 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Jovan is survived by the love of his life, Jaze Pintor, son Javen Esmabe, mother Rosemarie, father Joevicto, brother Gian, uncles, aunts, cousins and grandmas. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers Mamerto Lindain SR., Victoriano Esmabe and Tito Jun Lindain. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Job’s Daughters-Saskatoon, e-transfer saskbethel16@gmail.com. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Saskatoon Paramedics, Saskatoon Police Service, numerous friends from around the world for their assistance and expressions of love and support during this most difficult time.
The Vigil of Prayer will be at 7:00 pm Monday, April 12, 2021 and the Mass of Christian Burial will follow Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 10:00 am. Both services will be at the Cathedral of the Holy Family 123 Nelson Rd, Saskatoon.
Nos plus sincères sympathies à la famille et aux amis de Jovan
