Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the family of John Doiron announce his passing, which occurred peacefully at his home on November 7, 2021 at the age of 85.
John is survived by his wife of 63 years, Alma (LeBlanc), his son John Doiron of Saint John, daughters Sandra of Saint John, Tracy Dugdale (Brent) of Fredericton, Jody Doiron, Liza Muise (Mark), and Nakita Jones, all of Saint John, son Peter (Nelson) of Saint John, his beloved sister Patricia “Pat” Doiron of Saint John, brother Ed Doiron of Saint John, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. John was pre-deceased by his son Terry “Rick” Doiron, parents Theophile and Melvina Doiron, sisters Bernadette and Linda, and brothers Martin, Liven, and Gerald.
At the family’s request there will be no visitation, and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Holy Redeemer Parish, 316 Somerset Street on Wednesday, November 10th at 3:00 p.m. For those who wish, remembrances to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
Due to COVID-19 health measures placed on indoor gatherings, all those attending the service will be required to wear masks and show proof of vaccination with a piece of government issued ID.
