LINK, Jevon Patrick – 27, of Clam Point, It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, Jevon, on Sunday, August 1, 2021. He was born February 12, 1994. Jevon is survived by his parents, David and Louann Link, Clark’s Harbour; brothers, Joshua (Amelia) Link, Newellton; Jaedan Link, Clark’s Harbour; paternal grandmother, Leona Link, Clark’s Harbour; nieces, Summer, Callie; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his faithful companion, Tilly. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Crandall and Grace Nickerson; and paternal grandfather, Rudolph Link. Jevon was a graduate of BMHS and NSCC in Yarmouth, and then he joined his Dad in the fishing industry. Jevon was an avid golfer and hockey player. He had a smile for all and had a giving heart as evidenced by being a donor of his corneas, giving the gift of sight to two people. He was loved dearly by al his family and friends, and will forever be missed. There will be a visitation held on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. at H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Barrington. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 7, at 11 a.m., at the River Hills Golf Course, Clyde River, with Dave Hockley officiating and music by Brett Laidlow. Please bring your own chair. It has been requested there be family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to Mental Health Services and Shelburne County Minor Hockey.
