Janel’s Obituary
FOOTE, Janel Lynn – 29 of Lockeport / Bridgewater. It is with broken hearts the families announce the unexpected passing of Janel on Thursday July 22, 2021. She was a daughter of Deborah Foote and the late Walter Foote. Janel was a loving daughter, mother, granddaughter, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. She was a compassionate caregiver at Atlantic Heights in Lockeport. Above everything else was her daughter Alena who the World revolved around. She did her best to balance her work life and motherhood and always be there for her friends and family.
Survived by her mother, Debbie, daughter and pride and joy, Alena, fiance, T.J., grandmother, Elizabeth, step-father Chris, sisters; Leandra (Tashia), Rachael (Wayne), Kaitlyn (Steve), brother, Michael (Becca) and Patrick (father of Alena). She is also survived by several other step-siblings, nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts, as well as extended families of the Dash’s, Enslows and Chetwynds, and T.J.’s family the Grahams.
Besides her father, Walter she was predeceased by her grandfather, Gerald Bush.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Shelburne. A service will be held on Thursday July 29th @ 2:00 pm from the Huskilson’s Funeral Chapel in Shelburne. Family seating will take priority and social distancing and the wearing of masks will be in effect. Donations in her name can be made to the IWK, Children’s Make a Wish program. It won’t be wasted time. Always stay humble and kind. Hold the door, say « please », say « thank you ». Don’t steal, don’t cheat, and don’t lie. I know you got mountains to climb. But always stay humble and kind.
