May 11, 1928 – SEPTEMBER 28, 2021
It is with great sadness that the family of the Late James Gale Jr. announce his passing at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Facility, Stephenville Crossing on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at the age of 93 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughters: Karen, Sylvia (Neil); son John (Wanda); grandsons: Adam, Kyle, Justin; great-grandchildren: Tiffany, Joseph, Hope, Piper; sister: Mariah; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents James Sr. and Jane Gale; wife Dianna; son-in-law Carl; sisters: Bertha, Leah, Hilda, Orpah; and special nephew Jerry.
The funeral service will be held at St. George’s Anglican Church, Robinson’s on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 2:00PM with Rev. Norman Cutler officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery, Robinson’s. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing.
