It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Isadore Yantha in his 89th year, on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Valley Manor Nursing Home.
Beloved husband of the late Monica (Matcheskie) and loving father of the late Leonard, Darlene (late Sid Piecarski) (Percy Bresnahan), Nancy (Terry Burchat) and Michael. Loving grandfather to Dean Pecarski (Mary), Bradley Burchat (Audrey), Krystle (Corey Griffin), Amy (Dylan Harrington) and Ryan Burchat (Brittany). Great Poppa of 12. Isadore is survived by his siblings; Vivian Grandy (late George), Andrew (Shirley), Frank (Iris) and predeceased by his sister Doris Hudder (late Peter).
Isadore was a hard working, very dedicated employee who worked at various companies. Isadore and Monica lovingly opened their home to many foster children in their lifetime.
Isadore s sense of humor and storytelling was appreciated by anyone who knew him, as was evident in his recent podcast.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Valley Manor staff for the excellent care given to dad in his 11 years of residency. Dad proudly called Valley Manor his Home.
Isadore’s final care has been entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Killaloe
Friends and family are welcome to the Mass of Christian Burial held on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 11:30am at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Wilno. Interment to follow in parish Cemetery.
If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation or the St. Mary’s Building/Renovation Fund.
