HELMUT GEORG WOLF
MARCH 8, 1951 – AUGUST 31, 2021
It is with deep sadness that our family announces the passing of Helmut Georg Wolf, of Courtland, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 70 years. Helmut had a strong passion for Harley Davidson motorcycles as well as airplanes. He was a proud member of the Canadian Harvard Association. Helmut was a very generous and friendly person and would help anyone in need. He will be missed by all that knew him. Beloved wife and best friend for 46 years to Helen (Racine) Wolf. Proud and loving father of Jennifer Cottrell (Mike) of Port Rowan and the Late Ben Wolf (2019). Cherished grandpa of Parker and Pierce Cottrell and Caycuse Wolf. Loving son of George Wolf of Tillsonburg. Dear brother of Bill Wolf (Liz) of Ingersoll, Mary Geisel (Ron) of Tillsonburg, Annie Dierick (Jeff) of Scotland and Georgina Vincent (Andy) of Tillsonburg. Helmut is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Maria Wolf (2018). In keeping with Helmut’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held at the Tillsonburg Cemetery.
