It is with great sadness to announce that Gerald Stephen Kerestesh passed away at his home on September 17, 2021 at the age of 72 years.
Gerald is survived by his brother, Larry Kerestesh of Assiniboia, Saskatchewan and his cousin Dale (Tracey) Kerestesh of Melville, Saskatchewan. He was predeceased by his parents, Stephen and Agnes Kerestesh.
Gerald was born on November 2, 1948 in Regina, Saskatchewan. He worked and lived in Calgary the most of his life. He was a very good brother and he will be dearly missed. He also kept in touch with his cousin Dale and had a great friend Pete along with numerous other dear friends. Gerald loved to be in great shape and he achieved this by going to the gym and hiking in the mountains which also happened to be his favorite past times. Gerald also loved taking pictures of all the beautiful things he would see. As happens with many others, he died way too early and he will forever be in our hearts.
At Gerald’s request, there will be no funeral service held.
