Gerald Diotte
1941-2021
Tuesday, September 7th, 2021, at the
Campbellton Regional Hospital, at the age of 80, passed away Mr.
Gerald Diotte of the Dalhousie Renaissance Villa and formerly of Eel
River Crossing, husband of the late Jean (born Pitre)
Diotte. He was the son of the late Annie (born LaPointe) and
the late Alexandre ‘Sandy’ Diotte.
He will be sadly missed by his daughters: Geraldine (Richard
de Ste-Croix) of Eel River-Dundee, Jeannine Diotte of Balmoral, and
Theresa Diotte of Bathurst; his grandchildren: Melanie, Jennie and
Matthew; his great grandchildren: Jessie-Lyne, Meagan, Allexa and
Brooke; his brother Alex Diotte (Annie) of Eel River-Dundee and his
sister Opal Loubert of Moncton also by many members of the family,
nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his wife Jean, his brother Alphonse,
and his sister Catherine.
The funeral mass will be held on Wednesday morning, September
15th at 11:00 am in the Holy Trinity Church,
Eel River-Dundee. Respecting Mr. Gerald Diotte
wishes’, there will be no visitation at the funeral
home. A donation to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly
appreciated by the family.
