Gary Lee Silliker, husband of Susan Christina (MacDonald) Silliker of Miramichi NB, passed away Tuesday December 28, 2021 at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 78.
Born in Sillikers NB, he was the son of the late Delbert and Merle (Stewart) Silliker. He was a retired loader operator at Heath Steele Mines and a member of Miramichi Wesleyan Church.
Besides his wife Susan, he is survived by one son Richard Silliker of Miramichi, one sister Patricia Post (Paul Porter) of Rowena NB, one brother Jack Silliker (Eleanor) of Hampton, sister-in-law Freda Silliker of Miramichi and an Aunt Inez Stewart.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother Blaine Silliker.
At the request of the family there will be no visitation. The Funeral Service will be held Friday December 31, at 11 a.m. at Miramichi Wesleyan Church, with Reverend Anton Topilnyckyj officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Miramichi, in the spring.
In memory of Gary, donations to Miramichi Wesleyan Church or a memorial of one’s choice would be appreciated.
