The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury, Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at the age of 74 years. Beloved wife of Maurice Fex of Hanmer. Daughter of the late Paul and the late Cecile (née Fex) Foucault. Loving mother of Jacqueline Denis (André) of Hanmer and Armand Fex (Melissa Emley) of Capreol. Dear sister of Omer Foucault (late Colette), Doris Foucault (Cecile) both of Hanmer, Rodolphe Foucault, Jeanne Leclerc (Jacques), Claudette Richard (Aldérie) all of Sudbury, Irene Menard (André) and Ronald Foucault (Jacqueline) both of Hanmer. Predeceased by her siblings Euclide (Irène of Sudbury), Adrien (Aline of Val Caron), Maurice (late Juliette), Léo (Brenda of Hanmer), Charles and Claude. Cherished grandmother of Céleste Denis (Simon Landry) of Sudbury, Danika Denis (Bradley Bérubé) of Hanmer and Beau Stewart (Victoria Rusk) of Sudbury, Mathew Emley of London and great-grandmother of Scarlett Emley. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Affectionally known as a crazy cat lazy, she will be sadly missed by her 8 feline friends. Gabrielle was a devoted wife and mother and was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation.
