Obituary of Gabriele Hucker
Gabriele (Gaby) Hucker passed away at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on April 30, 2021. Born in Gross-Auheim, Germany on December 20, 1945, daughter to Herta Ernestine and William Ludwig. Predeceased by her parents and niece Tiana De Benedetti. She is survived by her sister Angelique De Benedetti, brother-in-law George De Benedetti, daughters Elizabeth Anne and Katherine, sons-in-law Kevin Hrysak and Kris Merry, niece Monica De Benedetti and granddaughters Victoria, Abigail and Olivia.
Gabriele was a kind and brave soul known as a gifted listener, always there for support and a hug. Gaby‘s consistent and supportive presence for those who knew and loved her was a blessing and something that will forever be missed. She is at peace with the Lord and watching over each of us with a gentle hand and loving heart.
