Passed away suddenly on Monday November 15, 2021 at the General & Marine Hospital, Collingwood at the age of 80. Michael of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of Jo-ann. Loving father of Mike (Cathy), Don and Robin. Cherished grandfather of Taylor (Ashley), Zachary, Caine and Brittany and great grandfather of Eleanor. Dear brother of Sylvia (Jim Bodnar), the late Bill (Rose), the late Marjorie (the late Jim Cooke), the late Bud (Pat) and the late Richard “Dick”(Carol). Michael will also be missed by Heather Langley, his nieces and nephews, friends and neighbours. He enjoyed spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle with the boys and spending time outside gardening, decorating his deck and yard. In his later working career his greatest enjoyment was driving a school bus and taking care of “his kids”! Friends are invited to join the family at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach on Sunday November 21, 2021 from 1 to 3 p.m. for a come and go gathering.
