It is with great sadness that the family of Frank Van den Broek announce is passing on Thursday, April 8, 2021 in Alvinston ON. Frank was born October 15, 1956, in Sarnia ON to the Martin and Francis Van den Broek. Frank will be missed by Connie, Brianna and Keegan along with several brothers and sisters, Mary (late Tony) Donkers, Cathy (late Andy) Timmers, Henk (late Ria) Van den Broek, Ricka (late Bill) Timmers, Wilma (late Ted) Van Erp, Pieta Van den Broek (Herman Van Erp), Clara (late Mark) Stevens, Nolda (Carl) Ricker, Marty (Karen) Van den Broek, Harold (Adrienne) Van den Broek, Rick (Kim) Van den Broek and Chuck (DeeDee) Van den Broek. Predeceased by John (Joanna) Van den Broek, Mini (late Tony) Manders, Harry (Tini) Van den Broek, Joe (Kathy) Van den Broek, and Fran (Barry Golley). Frank lived in Ontario until his early 20’s and then moved to Alberta where he lived a life filled with hard work and adventure. He continued his life there with his brother Rick & Kim and the boys (Justin, Marty and Chad) for 40 years. At that point he moved back to Ontario. After a long battle with cancer, he passed away peacefully with Connie at his side. Frank will be greatly missed my his many siblings, nieces and nephews, whom he loved so dearly. Visitation Monday, April 12 from 11am to 1p.m. at the Van Heck Funeral Home, Alvinston, then to St. Matthew’s Cemetery, Alvinston for a graveside service. Memorial donations to the Alvinston Legion Branch 249 may be forwarded to the funeral home and online condolences to www.vanheckfuneralhome.ca Due to COVID restrictions, visitation and graveside service is limited to a specific number of guests. Only those with an appointment will be allowed in. Pre-registration is required for EVERYONE. Masks and social distancing from the family and those around them is also required.
