Jackson, Everett Russell
Passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 after a courageous battle to recover from major double by-pass surgery to save his legs. He leaves behind Elaine, his wife of 59 years; his son Chris (Paula); his daughter Sharon (Todd); his grandchildren Kyle, Riley, Kyla, Brandon, Tyson and his great-granddaughter Reydence; his brother Roger as well as nieces, nephews and many friends. Everett was an Elder at St. Paul’s United Church in Brampton and coordinated their third Pictorial directory. He was a member of the citizen’s Advisory Committee for Ward 4 years ago. Everett will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral Service will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre 21 First Orangeville on Saturday July 17th at 2:30 pm. Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Crohns & Colitis Foundation of Canada and Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Everett in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The next annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
