Pulvermacher, Estera (Kolska)
August 30, 1922 – October 25, 2021
Peacefully, with family by her side at Hillel Lodge, Ottawa on Monday, October 25, 2021 in her 100th year. Estera Pulvermacher, beloved wife of the late Majer Pulvermacher for 62 years. Loving mother of Corrine Sands ( Lenny ) of Los Angeles and Dr. Gerald “Gerry” Pulvermacher (Mary-Belle) of Ottawa. Special Bubbe to Tracy (Gianni Donatucci), Michelle, Adrienne, Michael (Beth), Daniel (Emily) and Great Grandmother to Mia, Aaron, Brandon, Tyler, Isabel, Noa and Oliver. A Holocaust survivor, she was predeceased by her parents and siblings who perished in the Holocaust. Estera is survived by her many family members in Israel. Estera will be missed by friends and their children. A funeral service will be held at the Ottawa Torah Centre, 111 Lamplighters Drive, Ottawa on Tuesday October 26, 2021 at 11am. The service will be live streamed and can be viewed on this website using the link provided below. Shiva to be held at 38 Metropole Private from 2 to 4pm Tuesday, October 26 through Friday, October 29, 2021 ( double vaccination and mask are required ). Memorial donations in Estera’s memory can be made to Hillel Lodge, Ottawa.
