Obituary of Ernest Stephen Gordon
Ernie passed peacefully at home with his family at his side, on Tuesday September 21st, 2021, in his 63rd year. Son of the late Charles and Rosemary Gordon. Beloved husband of Lorna Gordon (nee-Walker). Dear father of Justin (Emma), Nicholas and Tiffany (Greg). Loved by grandchildren Zoe, Laine, Victoria (Tori), Holden and Madelyn. Dear brother of Linda (Dean) Stockwell, Peggy (Dan) Dennis, Robert (Cheryl) Gordon, Terry (Janice) Gordon, Lorie (late Douglas) Parkinson, James (Carla) Gordon, Kim (Brad) Marriott and the late Christine (David Pascoe). Son-in-law of Joyce Walker, and brother-in-law of Donna (David) Harrison, Carol Rump, Brenda Walker, Susan (Bruce) Polmanter and predeceased by Janice Brooks and Roger Walker (Marianne). Life-long friend of Barry (Bridget) Lessard. The world has lost one of the greats. Well-known for his passion for sports, he was full of energy and always brought the best out of people. He enjoyed life and got the most out of it, living “80 years in 63,” as he would say. He will be deeply missed by his many friends and family.
Cremation has taken place. A private Graveside Service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery.

Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
