It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Eric Specht, after a long battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Predeceased by his parents Alton and Jean D’Arc Specht (Whissell). Eric is survived by his loving wife May Specht, his children Sean and Erica Specht, as well as his stepsons, Cory Leclair (Carolynn), Tyler Leclair (Taylor) and Travis Leclair.
He will be sadly missed by his beautiful grand children, Makayla, Bexley, Grayson, Silas, Logan, and Lucas.
He is survived by his brothers Dan Specht (Joanne), Brian Specht (Monique) and Steve Specht (Laurie).
He will be greatly missed by his loving mother in-law Yvette Larocque, Sister in-law Carole Godin (Dan) and his brother in-law Clem Jr. Bigras (Natalie). He will forever hold a special place in the hearts of his many nieces and nephews.
His contagious laugh and love of life will forever be missed by his special friends Rick and Lucie Poitras and Alain and Helen Michaud, as well as his extended family and friends.
A funeral will be held at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury, January 15th, 2022, at 3:00 P.M.
The family viewing will be held from 12:30 P.M. to 1:00 P.M., followed by a public viewing from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. with a service to follow in the R.J. Barnard chapel.
