Emily Dawe (nee Taylor)
July 18th, 1934 – December 20th, 2021
Passed peacefully away on December 20th, 2021, age 87 years. Predeceased by her mother and father: Edith and George Taylor, sons: Barry and Dennis, grandson: Ricky, siblings: Jordan Taylor and Marjorie (Charlie deceased) Warren. Left to mourn her husband of 69 years: Warren, children: Maureda (Alphonsus) Penney, Earl (Dora), Marilyn (Clayton) Warford, Wayne (Jim), Darlene (Dwight) Rowe, Pauline (Gary) Bradley, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, sister-in-law: Mabel Taylor. Also a large circle of family and friends. Mom was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who was known and loved by many far and wide. Visitation will be in Hickey’s Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Tuesday, December 21st from 12 PM – 4 pm. A private funeral service will take place in Hickey’s Memorial Chapel, Kelligrews on Wednesday, December 22nd, 2021 at 1 PM. Interment in St. Peter’s Anglican Cemetery, Upper Gullies. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. According to provincial regulations, COVID passports and identification are required for guest visitation and funeral service.
