Obituary
In loving memory of Elisabeth (Betty) Huizinga (nee Den Otter) who passed away September 19, 2021 at the age of 83. She was the love, wife, companion, and friend for 61 years to Hans Huizinga.
She is survived by her children, Caroline (Cliff) McAuley, Wendy (Melvin) Werkman, Robert (Joan) Huizinga, Peter (Mary Lynn) Huizinga; 32 grandchildren with spouses and soon to be 24 great grandchildren; siblings, Albert (Cobi) Den Otter, Sini Den Otter, Rita (Rick) Forges, Dini Den Otter, Margaret Den Otter.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Job, Morris, Andy, John, and two granddaughters.
Viewing at Foster McGarvey (10011-114 Street NW) Friday, September 24 from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Graveside ceremony at Little Mountain Cemetery (16025-54 Street NW) 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 25 followed by a private family service at 2:00 p.m. You can view this service online at www.discoverbethel.com
