At Braemar Nursing Home on Friday December 17, 2021, Mrs. Doris Bushell of Wingham passed away at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late Morley Bushell who predeceased her in 1997. Dearly loved and admired mom of Margaret Bushell of Goderich, Marilyn & Derrick Douglas of Alberta, John & Lori Bushell of Alberta, Bill & Valerie Bushell of Listowel, Barry & Ruth Anne Bushell of Wingham and Blair & Eleanor Bushell of Komoka. Loving grandma of Lee & Oz Douglas, Todd & Susan Douglas, Rob & Nikki Bushell, Brianne & Chris Coones, Adam & Jessica Bushell, Allie & Matt Gabel, Jennifer & Carl Noel, Amy & Wes Stapleton, Megan & Mike Foxton, Jessica & Dave Reinink, and Andrew Barr, and great-grandma of seventeen. Cherished sister of Russell Barr of Bracebridge and Donald Barr of Waterloo, and dear sister-in-law of Joan Barr of Kincardine and Eileen Barr of Alberta. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents John & Cora (Percy) Barr, twin brother Jack Barr (2010), brother Percy Barr (2000) and sister-in-law Trixie Barr.
Private funeral service will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. The service will be live-streamed. Click here to view the service.
Interment will take place in Greenhill Cemetery, Lucknow.
