Doris’ Obituary
Langille, Doris Mae – of Tatamagouche, passed away July 13, 2021. Born, September 6, 1934 in Cape John, N.S., she was the daughter of the late William Murphy and Rita (Dillman) Murphy. She was predeceased by her husband of 68 years, Connie Langille: also predeceased by her son, Brian Langille. Surviving are her children, Robert (Connie) Langille, Nuttby; Tanya Langille, Balfron; Darlene (Miles) Pierce, East Earltown; Randy (Anne-Marie) Langille, Denmark; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. Doris was a caregiver to all. She worked for many years on the farm and Willow Lodge Home for Special Care. She loved to travel and everyone who knew Doris knew she was the most caring, witty, loving person and will be dearly missed. She was well known for her baking and was an angel to many. Cremation has taken place and arrangements have been entrusted to Coulter’s Funeral Home, Tatamagouche (902-657-3288). No visitation or funeral services will be held at this time. Memorial donations to the Willow Lodge, Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital or Tatamagouche Fire Department would be appreciated.
