Special thanks to the Hospice of Windsor for giving her dignity and support by letting her live her last few months at home. A thank you to the Nurses, PSW workers and Doctors who made many house visits. So much love and appreciation to Kristi, Alexis, Avarie and Laurie for helping me through my final phase of life, I couldn’t have done it without you all. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the charity of your choice with special consideration to Hospice of Windsor would be greatly appreciated.
