TAYLOR, David Lloyd –
It is with great sadness to announce that we have lost David Lloyd Taylor at the age of 62. Gone way to young. David left this world on July 2, 2021 with his long time special friend beside him. David passed away due to complications from surgery after being diagnosed with esophageal cancer at Lakeridge health Oshawa. He left behind his special friend Amber-Jean and her son Lenny, his two children Laura and Matthew and his brothers Ray and Brian.
If you had the pleasure of knowing David, you knew that he liked to keep things simple. He was kind to everyone and made fast friends. David had a passion for music. He was in a band called The Garden Street Blues Band. He played with his friends Larry, Mark and Kevin. He was passionate about his band and his music.
Visitation will be held at W.C. Town Funeral Chapel on Friday, July 9, 2021. For more information, please contact the funeral home (905) 668-3410. If desired, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Canadian cancer society in David’s name.
