Cleve passed away at home, with his family by his side, on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 7 to 9pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 12 noon. Interment to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
