HORN, Cecile – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Cecile at the Trenton Memorial Hospital while surrounded by her family and close friend on Wednesday, December 15th, 2021. Cecile of Frankford, was in her 79th year. Loving daughter of the late Cecil and Martha White of Bancroft. Beloved companion of the late Keith Down. Cherished mother to Pamela Strome of Waterloo. Devoted grandma to Kyle and her grand-dog Diego. Survived by her sister Helen Chard (late Bud) of Trenton. Also remembered by her nieces and nephews Lisa Allen (Ken), Andrew Chard, and Jennifer Frizzell (Galen). Will be missed by her good friend Barry Turner of Trenton. Cecile will be missed by her many friends and family. Will be always remembered as a woman with a kind heart. In keeping with Cecile’s wishes, cremation has taken place and her family will be celebrating her life in private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
