The passing of
Carol Mary Price of Fredericton NB occurred on Thursday March 11th,
2021 at Hospice Fredericton. She is the daughter of the late Earl
Watson Gates and Mary Elizabeth
(Marshall).
Born on September
21, 1939 in Toronto Ontario, Carol was a retired School Teacher having
worked for the York Region Separate School Board in
Ontario.
She is survived by
three daughters: Deborah Simmonds (Gary) of Fredericton NB, Cheryl
Millett (David) of Newmarket, Ontario, Charlene Duraes (Vasco) of
Bradford Ontario, one sister Beverley Marshall (Cliff), one brother
Donald Gates (Sandra), as well as twelve grandchildren and ten
great-grandchildren, several nieces, and
nephews.
In addition to her
parents, Carol was predeceased by one son Gregory Michael
Price.
Due to the
pandemic, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A
private Interment will be held at a later date in Green Meadows Prince
Edward Island. For those who wish, the family has suggested memorial
contributions to Hospice Fredericton in Carol’s
memory.

arrangements.
