Bonnie McQuinn
Bonnie Mae McQuinn, age 62, of Halifax, NS sadly passed away,
Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the Halifax Infirmary, after a terminal
diagnosis of Cancer.
Bonnie, the daughter of the Late Percy & Faye
McQuinn, Argyle Head, she is survived by a brother Glenn (Nanci)
Halifax; sisters, Wanda, Sackville; Paula, West Pubnico; Gina (Mark)
Guysborough. As well as her « boys » whom she dearly
loved. Scott, Andrew, Rene, Eric & Logan, as well as
4 great nieces & nephews.
Bonnie worked for the NS Savings & Loans, Halifax and
later with the Provincial Government for 15 years. After
retirement she chose to work as a Personal Health Care Provider which
she excelled at for 20 years. It was more than a job, but more of an
expression of her huge heart and loving nature, as well as her
tremendous sense of humor. She provided comfort and love to the many
who were privileged to receive her care.
As requested by « Bon » there is to be no
visitation or funeral service. She has requested cremation.
There will be an intimate family celebration of Bon’s life
at a later date, which will include music, singsong & laughter
all of which she loved. On line condolences may be forwarded

Bonnie’s family wish to express their sincere
gratitude for the wonderful care & respect she was shown
during her short stay at the Halifax Infirmary on ward 8-2, by the
nurses & many Dr’s who attended to
her.

finally be at Peace »

Charity of Choice.
