Obituary for Bob Harris
It is with sadness that Robert Charles ‘Bob’ Harris passed away suddenly in his home in Chatham on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the age of 81. He is predeceased by his wife Isobel, his daughter Andrea and his sister Patricia Braun. He is survived by his Children Deanna (George), Odette (John), Robert, Michelle (Fred) and Kevin. His grandchildren Amanda, Michael, Robert, Christopher, Jessica, Ethan, Taylor, Payton, Taurin and Zayn. His Sister Barbara and many nieces and nephews. Bob lived a free lifestyle and had many hobbies and cars over the years. His favorite place was British Columbia where he travelled to many times with his family and planted roots there for a few years after the passing of his wife. Bob had many friends and in recent years relied on their support for the transitions in his life. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held later this year by his family. In lieu of flowers the family has requested a donation to either the Heart and Stroke foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society. “The travelling gypsy can now meet up with his beautiful butterfly.” Online tributes may be left at www.CavanaghFuneralHome.ca
