Peacefully at the Dundas Manor Nursing Home in Winchester on Monday, October 18, 2021, Beulah Durant (nee Sullivan) of Winchester, age 90. Beloved wife of the late Mason Durant. Loving mother of Nancy Williams (Brian) of Winchester, Donna Parker (Barry) of Garson, Peggy Pyper (Earl) of Winchester, John Durant (Debbie) of Winchester, Peter Durant (Glenna) of Metcalfe, Susan Derue (Jeff) of Chesterville and Angie Barnett (Rick Barkley) of Winchester. Dear sister of Doris Lees. Dear sister-in-law of Shirley Sullivan. Beulah will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Sean Williams (Lisa), Bryce Parker (Hailey), Stacey Pyper (James), Jonathon Pyper (Amanda), Mason Durant (Alyssa), Evan Durant, Robert Durant (Nikki), Brittani Hurrell (Scott), Tabbitha Thompson (Matthew), Spencer Derue, Hunter Barnett, Jade Barnett, Amber Barnett and her great-grandchildren Carter, Reese, Chase, Andrew, Oliver, Mason, Matthew, Weston and Waylen. She was predeceased by her parents Asa and Susan Sullivan (nee Robinson), her sisters Edith Buckingham and Ethel Hamilton and her brother James Sullivan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
A public graveside service will be held at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville on Friday, October 22nd at 1 p.m. A reception will follow at the Chesterville Legion. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Parkinson’s Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
