WILBAND, Elizabeth “Betty”
Passed away peacefully at Sunnycrest Nursing Home, on Saturday July 24, 2021, at the age of 90.
Beloved wife of the late Eddie Wilband. Loving mum of Stephen (Danny), Wendy (Wayne), Glenda (Arthur), Paula (Neil), Brent, and the late Blake. Cherished nanny of Tiffany, Alisha, Keith and Spencer, as well as great-grandmother of Nadim & Aaliyah. Dear sister of Don & Colwell (Bev).
Betty was a long-time resident of Faith Place where the staff was nothing but compassionate. She spent the last 4 years at Sunnycrest Nursing Home and Betty’s family would like to send a special thank-you to the staff, for all the loving care and attention they have shown during her stay.
As per Betty’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private family service held at a later date. Memorial donations are appreciated to the Alzheimer’s Society.
