Bettie Diamond
At the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, October 27,
2021, Mrs. Bettie Diamond of Blue Mountain Bend passed away at the age
of 82 years. She was the wife of Louis Diamond.
Born at St-George in 1939, she was a daughter of the late Darrell
Norman and Rosie (Kernighan) Norman.
Mrs. Diamond attended Family Worship Center in Plaster
Rock. She is survived by four children, Bradley (Pam),
Kimberley of Blue Mountain Bend, Glenn (Rebecca) of Plaster
Rock, Calvin (Suzanne) of Saint John and three grandchildren, Kyle,
Reawna and Jaden, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters, Clara
McDowell, John Norman (Mary), Brian Norman (Donna), Ross Norman
(Joan), Charlie Norman (Claudette), Debbie Norman all of St-George,
NB, Frances (Gordon) Embree of Riverview, Glenn Norman (Charlotte) of
Bonny River, NB, Shirley (Pete) Leblanc of Blacks Harbour and Valrea
Norman (Peter) of Oakbay, NB. She was predeceased by one
brother Darrell Jr. Norman and a sister Myrtle Berdan.
A graveside committal service for Bettie’s family will be
held on Monday, November 1st at 2 p.m. at the Linton Corner Cemetery
with Pastor Daniel McKillop officiating.
In lieu of flowers for those who wish, donations to the FWC
Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
Arrangements are by O’Regan’s Funeral Home, Grand Falls,
NB.
