MARTEL, Bernadette Julia (née Laferrière)
It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing in Sudbury on Sunday, February 14th, 2021 at the age of 85 years. Daughter of the late Roméo and Alma Laferrière. Predeceased by her husband Firmin Martel. Loving mother of Bernard Martel (Jo-Ann), Étienne Martel (Carmen), Jacinthe Lortie (Normand), Roméo Martel (Lynn), Alain Martel (Dominique), Yvan Martel (Monique), Ginette Mallette (Larry) and France Lavoie (Charles). Predeceased by her sons Jean-Marc Martel and Alfred Martel. She will be sadly missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She leaves behind many brothers and sisters. Due to the pandemic, there will be no visitation or service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date for the family.
