Barb was known to many as Ma Barb. She lived most of her life in St. George. She belonged to the Blue Lake and Auburn Institute then the St. George Institute. Barb was an active member of the St. George United Church. She loved to bake and cook for family and friends. Keeping everyone’s belly full was a special gift she had. Grandma loved taking kids to the cottage. Those memories will last a lifetime.
A big thank-you to the staff at Park Lane for their caring and compassion. It’s been very trying times during Covid and staff did an excellent job keeping everyone safe. Mom loved you all.
Due to Covid restrictions, a private family funeral service will be held on Monday, December 27, 2021 and Barb will be laid to rest with Roger at the St. George Cemetery. Please join the family at 11:00am via livestream at Barb’s memorial page at tollfh.ca. A celebration of life will be planned for a later date. In memory of Barb, donations to the St. George United Church would be greatly appreciated.
