Obituary
Ashley Castle passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Grande Cache Hospital January 10th, 2021 after a year long battle with cancer.
She is survived by her family: husband Herb; son Justin, his wife Tineke and grandchildren Mondena and Conner; son Stephan, his wife Jessica and children Sawyer and Devon and Ashley’s stepdaughter Alena.
As well through marriage to Herb, she is survived by his son Wylie, wife Shannon, and their children Declan and Connor and Herb’s other son Jamie and wife Jodie.
Ashley will be remembered for her infectious smile and her strength of character. She loved to travel the world. One of her biggest travel accomplishments was hiking to the Mount Everest Base camp.
Ashley loved her career and possessed a strong sense of commitment and loyalty to her work associates who have described her as a person of courage, strength, and a proud advocate for the underdog and women’s rights.
Ashley will be missed dearly by her family and remembered for her passion of life and always trying to make our world a better place.
A celebration of Ashley’s life will be scheduled when family and friends can come together at a later date.
