It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Phyllis Caroline Anderson. She was born in Calgary, Alberta on December 25,1932 and passed away in Edmonton on May 11, 2021 at the age of 88. Phyllis and Wally enjoyed 68 years of married life together. She was a devoted and loved wife.
She will be cherished and forever remembered by her husband Wally; sister Joan (Glenn); her children: Donna (Norm), Carol (Ron) and Bruce (Kurt); grandchildren/great-grandchildren Trevor (Locklynn, Levi), Kimberly and fiancé Jeremy (Austyn, Jayden, Wyatt), Melissa and husband Jaryd (Theodore, Kaia), Monica (Mazvita, Shona, Harare), and Braden (girlfriend Danielle) along with relatives and friends.
Phyllis was predeceased by her parents Herman and Alice Docksteader.
The family would like to thank the staff at Riverbend Lifestyle Options and the Grey Nuns Hospital for their compassion, love, and care shown to Phyllis. A Celebration of Life for Phyllis will be held at Rosehill Cemetery.
