ALLINGHAM, William Wilfred – With hearts full of love and gratitude for a life well lived, we sadly announce the passing of William Wilfred Allingham on March 29, 2021 at his home. Beloved father of Bonnie (Keith Wyton) Moddejonge, Cherie (Norm) Guthrie, and Philip (Devika) Allingham. Cherished grandfather to Bonnie, Elisabeth and Nicole Guthrie, Marshall Moddejonge, and Eleanor Chelan Allingham. Caring step-father to Scott Woosley and Richard Woosley and former spouse and friend to Dabney Allingham. Predeceased by parents Philip and Winnifred Allingham. Bill was Worthy Patron of Britannia Chapter OES, Past Master of Leopold Lodge No. 397 Masonic Lodge, Brigden, member of Petrolia-Washington Lodge No. 194, member of Sarnia Lodge of Perfection, member of Scottish Rite and life member of Theatre Sarnia. He touched the lives of all who knew him and will be missed by the members of the communities of which he was so proud to be a part.
Visitation
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden, on Monday, April 5, 2021. Due to Provincial COVID-19 restrictions, those who wish to attend must RSVP with a time to attend the visitation: www.steadmanbrothers.ca. Please note that masks/face coverings are mandatory for those in attendance.
