Allan William Dunn, formerly of RR2 Clifford, passed away peacefully at Louise Marshall Hospital in Mount Forest on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. He was 75.
Born on September 15, 1946, to the late John and Bertha Dunn. Allan loved living in rural Ontario, and enjoyed working as a farmer and truck driver. He enjoyed driving for the Cancer Society and would meet a lot of special people along the way. His passion was antique cars and tractors. He enjoyed attending steam shows and made many friends along the way. He liked to travel and went to many places in Canada to visit. Allan was always there to help people and tried to share if he had something that could help others out when he could.
Survived by daughters Nancy (Shawn) Bolden and Grace Holliday both of Walkerton. Loved grandfather of Jessica, Natasha, Lee-Anne, Joshua, Johnathan and great grandpa of Cayden, Christopher, Carson, and Cassie. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and their families. Predeceased by his wife Joyce (Gonder) Dunn, and brother Robert Dunn.
Cremation has taken place, and a Public Graveside Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 11am at Hanover Cemetery. All are welcome. Rev. Doug Bott officiating.
Memorial donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
